Can't backstab, can't attack as it takes 4-5 kicks to break their guard and as soon as you manage to land an attack, he instantly recovers and proceeds to shield bash and instantly kill you before you manage to do anything. Especially with these trash knights with tower shields. Should i just make a new tank character and go for the tankiest build to plow through the enemy? Because it doesn't look like you can play this any other way and still have fun. I am using the Monk Staff which is arguably my 2nd strongest weapon and i still need like 8-9 hits to take out the infernal archers who practically wear no armor. I don't know what to do, i don't want to grind and try to proceed by being overleveled and i am not interested in getting the best runes. These one shots and the lack of possible ways to defeat the enemies is a real pain in the ass and i am seriously thinking of just dropping the game at this point.
The mage on the other hand throws a one hit kill attack that i can't roll through even though my total weight is like 7 out of 28, so i just have to hide behind walls and pray that the projectile doesn't go through it, as happens sometimes. I try to bait the shield dude away to 1v1 him, and the moment he notices me he does this dogshit instant shield bash to completely destroy my stamina bar and proceeds to one shot me.
I am seriously fed up with the mage and his buddy with the tower shield.
I am at the Rhogar realm and currently trying to make my way past the 1st floor of the western antechamber.
